Day 14: Flight from Tehran to Destination

1- REGISTRATION TO THE TRIP
The travel inscription and reservation consideration require that the customer has satisfied at least a deposit of 60% of the total amount budgeted, except that the economic conditions of the providers impose the advanced payment of another amount. The remaining amount will be paid when the combined travel contract is formalized or when booking the international flight tickets on the date the customer is informed.
In case the registration of the trip is made less than 50 days before the date of the beginning of the trip, the client has to satisfy the entire price of the trip.
The price of the combined trip includes the detailed services as included in the data sheet (according to the itinerary) and the value added tax when applicable; And is understood to be valid during the season indicated. It also includes visas, fees and, in general, any service specified as "included". Prices are based on transportation fees (including fuel cost), currency exchange rates, taxes and current taxes.
Any variation in the price of said elements may lead to the revision of the final price of the trip. These modifications will be notified to the consumer, who, if the change made exceeds 10% of the price of the trip, may withdraw from the trip without penalty or accept the modification of the contract. In no case will the prices be revised upwards in the twenty days prior to the date of departure of the trip, in respect of the requests already made and confirmed.
3- CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE TRIP BY THE ORGANIZER
If, prior to the departure of the tour, the organizer is obliged to modify the essential elements of the tour in a meaningful manner, he must notify the client in writing so that the organizer can choose between canceling the reservation or accepting the Journey initially contracted.
If before or during the trip, the Travel Agency is unable to provide any of the services under the agreed conditions, the Agency will offer the user a full refund of the amount paid by this service, or its replacement by another of similar characteristics . Any service not provided will be refunded upon return of the trip, upon presentation of the corresponding document issued by the responsible person or entity. No refund will be made for services not used voluntarily by the customer, whatever the cause of non-use.
Cases of force majeure (abnormal, abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances) or the adequacy of the route to a given flight / transport plan are considered as sufficient causes for the modification of the trip.
4- RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZING AGENCY

The costs of lodging, transport, maintenance, repatriation or other caused by these incidents will not be the responsibility of the Organizing Agency.
When the trip is carried out in own vehicles or rented by the Organizing Agency, in case of an accident, whatever the country where it occurs, the traveler expressly submits to the accident legislation of the country in which he is registered. vehicle.
5 - CANCELLATIONS BY THE AGENCY: MINIMUM GROUP AND CAUSE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In cases in which the realization of a trip is subject to a minimum number of participants, and if so specified, the Agency may cancel the trip in the event that this minimum of participants is not reached, notifying it with a minimum of 15 days in advance of the scheduled departure date.
Likewise, the Agency may also cancel a trip for reasons of force majeure, understanding as such those circumstances other than those invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, whose consequences could not be avoided despite having acted with due diligence. In both cases, the consumer will be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid, except for management costs.
6- DOCUMENTATION, VISAS AND HEALTH
All persons enrolled in the trip are responsible for having in order the documents necessary for entry and free circulation by the country visited (DNI, passport, visas, sanitary measures, etc.). 7- PRESENTATION TO THE DEPARTURE
We recommend the presentation for boarding at the airports three hours before the departure of the flight. The passengers must reconfirm with this Travel Agency, within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure, the meeting point, the date, the schedule and the flight number.
Failure to make such reconfirmation, the Agency declines all responsibility in case of alterations on the information previously provided.
8- CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER AND / OR TRAVEL CANCELLATION:
1- Management costs (minimum 60 €).
2- Cancellation expenses (Amounts to be paid to the different providers involved in the trip). The amount of these can be significant, since they include airline tickets, hotels, expenses of local correspondents, etc., which may be non-refundable.
3- Penalty consisting of the following percentages over the total amount in case the withdrawal occurs:

B) From 50 to 30 days before the departure date: 40%,

D) From 15 days to 1 day before the start of the trip: 80%,
E) In the case of non-presentation at the time of departure without prior documented cancellation, or of late submission, it would mean the total loss of the amount of the tourist package.
In any case, the economic consequences of the cancellation in case of special contracting conditions (such as reduced-price transportation or economic requirements of certain suppliers) or after blocking international flights tickets will affect the customer whenever this is done informed.
9- POLITICAL, SAFETY AND SANITARY SITUATION OF THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION
